Finance Officer at Unilever Tanzania

Main Purpose for the Job

To proactively challenge and drive the business agenda, by providing financial support, implement financial & operational controls guidance, and insights Unilever Tea Tanzania plantation’s operation.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide business partnering to Unilever Tea Tanzania operations

· Provide leadership and accountability in financial reporting and forecasting

· Implementing business operations and financial controls and undertaking risk assessment

· Manage treasury and tax operations

· Capex control and Fixed assets

Key Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance

· 5-6 years in financial management, reporting and forecasting, understand financial controls requisite in transactional accounting processing

· Business performance reporting and management, excellent communication & presentation skills

· Attention to detail

· Analytical skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications and SAP working knowledge

· Certified Public Accountant

· Exposure in customer management is a plus factor

· knowledge of taxation is an advantage,

· Project management Skills
